ITEM: piston/rod set of 6, 177k
DESCRIPTION:
This set of piston and connecting rod assemblies was taken from a 2001 530i Sedan with ~177k miles. One of the cylinders had some water ingress, so there is rust staining on the piston. The other piston faces have some carbon staining. None of the piston faces have permanent damage. The piston rings are included, but they should be replaced before installing the pistons. The piston skirts are mostly clean and smooth. There are a couple light scuffs in some places, but there is no serious or widespread damage or cracks. The connecting rods are healthy and usable. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. These are used original BMW parts.
