DESCRIPTION:
This rear final drive differential was taken from a running and driving 2009 128i Convertible with ~160k miles and an automatic transmission. The drive ratio is 3.73 and this is an open differential. The motion is smooth by hand, but there are some light rust rubbing noises from the flanges that will likely disappear with use; if not, the outer dust shields on the output flanges may need to be replaced, and the part number for these covers is 3313-1428097. The housing has moderate surface rust and flaking paint, but there is no deep pitting, and all of the mounting points are intact. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
