The upholstery on this rear seat bench is Grey Ambiance Leather (BMW upholstery code LGAD). It is for cars with Through-Loading (BMW Option Code: S465A). The seat is in good condition. There is no serious wear, stretching, rips, or holes. There are some light, non-permanent stains in a few locations, but these will come off with a thorough cleaning. The stitching is all tight and nice looking. The foam pad has no compression or rips, and the plastic frame is unbroken. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
