Local Pick Up ONLY. This headliner is Grey. This is for cars with sunroof (BMW Option Code: S403A) and Preparation for Alarm System (BMW option code: S5GAA). The upholstery has a few light scuffs and stains, but no dark or permanent damage. The upholstery is disconnected from the backing in a few places, mostly in the cups of the roof handle and sun visors. There is no significant sag, and the backing has no bends or rips. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
