DESCRIPTION:
The upholstery on this right front passenger seat bottom is Sakhir Orange Full Merino Leather (BMW Upholstery code X3DA). It is for use with M Multifunction seats only (BMW option code S4MAA). This seat bottom is equipped with front climate control (S453A), active seat (S455A), lumbar support (S488A), and seat heating (S494A). The only option that was tested working was the seat climate control - all other functions have not been tested. This seat bottom is in fair condition. It was exposed to water for an extended period of time, causing wrinkling/distortion of the leather as it dried out. There is also a mildew smell present in the seat bottom from the water damage. Besides the water damage, the most noticeable damage is a small cluster of holes / dimples at the right side of the center section (just outside of the perforated leather). The center section also has multiple small dimples all over. The thigh bolster has a few linear dimples in it (about 3-4 inches in length) as well as some small circular dimples (about 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch in diameter) and minor discoloration from dirt in the perforations. There are also black splotchy stains throughout. Lastly, both side bolsters have creasing from usage as well as staining, mostly towards the front. Otherwise, the leather still feels nice and smooth to the touch. Details can be viewed in photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
