ITEM: dmg'd manual transmission, 91k
DESCRIPTION:
This transmission was taken from a 2015 M4 with ~91k miles. This transmission was previously sold and installed on a highly modified car. It was found that third gear would grind. All the other gears functioned smoothly. Im not sure if this had something to do with the high horse power or if this would also be present in a unmodified car. When the transmission was returned, it was damaged in shipping. The left shifter mount is completely broken off and missing. The rear mount is also completely damaged and will have to be replaced. One of the top bell housing mounting points is missing a chip and one of the mounting points on the side is dented. Details can be viewed in the photos. This is a used original BMW part.
