ITEM: dmg'd steering linkage
DESCRIPTION:
This steering joint was taken from a 1986 325e with ~431k miles. Both U-joints have some rotational play. One joint has resistance to movement along one axis. There are moderate tooling marks and scrapes on the outsides of the flanges. The splines are undamaged. The rubber flex disk is intact. The metal plate is not attached to the linkage near the center of the unit, but I'm not sure where or how it normally mounts. Details can be viewed in the photos. This part is No Longer Available New from BMW. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
