ITEM: dmg'd cylinder head, .002, 126k
DESCRIPTION:
This cylinder head was taken from a 2008 328i Convertible with ~126k miles. The camshafts are not included. The valves are included, as shown. The block/head mating surface has been checked, and it has a warp between the cylinders ranging up to 0.002" (0.0508mm). The head has no visible cracks. The valves have some carbon staining, but I see no permanent damage. The cooling passages are clean and smooth. The housing exterior has no rubbing or cracks, and all of the mounting points are intact. Most of the exhaust manifold studs are missing and must be replaced. The camshaft bearing ledges are smooth and have no scoring or serious wear. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
