The upholstery on this rear seat bottom is Fox Red Novillo Leather (BMW Upholstery Code NCH2). Both seats have indents in the leather. An upholstery repair specialist may be able to work these out. Otherwise, there are no major scratches or holes. The leather is still very soft and smooth. The plastic housings are intact and all factory mounting points are intact. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
