ITEM: dmg'd rear driveshaft, auto, 131k
DESCRIPTION:
This driveshaft was taken from a running 2010 X5 3.5d with ~131k miles. The front giubo is in good, useable condition. The rubber boot that covers the sliding splined joint in front of the center support bearing is torn and the splines are exposed. There is a tiny amount of rotational play in this splined joint. The center support bearing moves smoothly and quietly. The universal swivel joint moves easily and smoothly in all directions, and it has no irregular play. The rear flange is undamaged. The shaft has some minor paint and rusting issues, but no serious or widespread damage. Details can be viewed in the photos. This is a used original BMW part.
