ITEM: dmg'd cylinder head, 119k
DESCRIPTION:
This cylinder head was taken from a 2015 335iX Sedan with ~119k miles. The camshafts are not included. The valves are included, as shown. There are very small cracks at each of the openings for the spark plugs at the center of each cylinder hemisphere. The cracks range in severity from barely visible, to moderately bad. The worst of the cracks is shown in the photos. The valve faces are clean and undamaged. The block/head making surface has been checked, and it has no measurable warp. The cooling passages are clean and smooth. The housing exterior has no rubbing or cracks. The camshaft bearing ledge surfaces are smooth and show only, light, normal wear in some spots.
