DESCRIPTION:
This cylinder head was taken from a 1998 328i Convertible with ~133k miles. The camshafts and bearing ledges are not included. The valves are included, as shown. The block/head mating surface has a small warp measuring 0.0015" (0.0381mm) between cylinders #5 and #6. This warp is minimal and should not require surface decking. I see no cracks in the block. The valve faces have some carbon staining, but I see no permanent damage. The cooling passages have some minor corrosion in some places, but they are mostly very smooth and undamaged. All of the exhaust manifold studs are missing and must be replaced. The housing has no rubbing or cracks, and all of the mounting points are intact. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
