ITEM: dmg'd 3.62 LS differential rear, 127k
DESCRIPTION:
This differential was removed from a 2004 M3 Coupe with ~127k miles. It is a clutch-type limited-slip unit with a 3.62 final drive ratio. The front mounting point is damaged. The hole is distorted, and it appears that a helicoil repair was previously attempted. We recommend using the Rogue Engineering Diff Mount Fix Kit to repair this. The Rogue Engineering part number is RE.33.484.FIX. With the input flange held stationary, the output flanges have about 2 mm of play, which is normal for this mileage. The locking function operates normally. Rotation feels smooth and quiet throughout. The housing has no serious paint loss or rust. The rear cover is not included. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
