90 Day Warranty:
We guarantee all parts to be as described and in good working condition for 90 days from the date of delivery. In the event of a part failure within the warranty period, we will issue a full refund. We may request the part back and will provide a return shipping label. If we request the part be returned, our original marked part must be received before a refund is issued. Prussian Motors LLC’s liability is limited to the purchase price plus shipping, this warranty does not cover labor costs. This warranty does not apply to parts noted and sold “AS-IS” for parts or repair.
90 Day Returns:
Parts can be returned for any reason within 90 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee is deducted from the purchase price on returns not due to the fault of Prussian Motors. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Our original marked part must be received before a refund is issued. Refunds are usually sent the same day a part is received back.
Fitment Guarantee:
We guarantee our part fitment information to be correct and complete. You must provide us with the last 7 digits of your vehicle VIN (Chassis Number) before purchase, and we will confirm correct fitment for the part(s) to be ordered. If we confirm fitment and you receive an incompatible part, we will provide a return label for the incorrect part and either send you a correct replacement or issue a full refund. Our original marked part must be received back before refunds are issued. Prussian Motors LLC’s liability is limited to the purchase price plus shipping, this warranty does not cover labor costs.
