ITEM: automatic shifter assembly
DESCRIPTION:
This shifter assembly was removed from a 1973 3.0S. The cover will fit E3 models only but the actual shifter mechanism will fit all models listed. The assembly is in good condition overall. There are some stains on the front of the cover to both the black and silver parts that did not come up with a quick cleaning. There are some minor scuffs and scrapes to the black plastic handle. The release button functions normally. The "2" on the gear indicator is slightly crooked. The horse hair is mostly intact but there are some missing bristles. There is some surface rust on the mounting points they are still structurally sound. This is a used original BMW part. Guaranteed good working condition.
