This kick panel is Slate. There are a few scuffs and light scratches, mostly around the rear edge of the panel. There are no cracks. The acoustically transparent fabric is missing from the speaker grille. All the mounting points are intact. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part. This part is No Longer Available New from BMW.
