CONDITION:
This drive shaft was taken from a running, driving 1997 318i Sedan with ~194k miles. This is for cars with an Automatic Transmission ONLY (BMW Option Code S205A). The front flex disk has some aging, but it is not cracked or deteriorated. The sliding joint in front of the center support bearing has a moderate amount of rotational play. The center bearing rotates fairly smoothly. The front universal joint has resistance along one axis, and a notch at the center of the other. There is no rotational play here. The rear U-joint has some light wear, but no serious resistance, binding or notches. The shaft has no serious paint or rusting issues. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
