This differential was taken from a running, driving 1997 328i Sedan with ~62k miles. This is for cars with an Automatic Transmission (BMW Option Code S205A). The drive ratio is 3.91, and this is an open-drive differential. The motion is smooth and quiet, with no clicking, binding, or irregular play. The housing has no serious rusting issues, and all the mounting points are intact. The flanges are undamaged. The rear cover is not included. Details can be viewed in the photos.
