ITEM: steering rack, 2.7, 86k
CONDITION:
This steering rack was taken from a running, driving 2000 Z3 2.3 Roadster with ~86k miles. This is the 2.7 ratio rack, not the 3.2. The input shaft splines have some minor surface rusting, but no permanent damage. The motion of the rack is smooth and normal, with no irregular play or binding. The housing has no rubbing or cracks, and no serious oxidation. The tie rods are not included. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
