This differential was taken from a running, driving 2007 328xi Touring with ~92k miles. This is for cars with an Automatic Transmission (BMW Option Code S205A). The drive ratio is 3.91. This ratio must match the ratio of the rear differential. The motion of this diff is smooth and quiet, with no binding or irregular play.
