ITEM: modified hood panel, black
DESCRIPTION:
This hood panel is painted Jerez Black (BMW Paint Code: A73), but the panel has been repainted and may not perfectly match OEM paint. The hood has been modified with the installation of two large hood louvers. The finish on the louvers is poor and faded. The cuts made to install the louvers are not very clean but this is only noticeable from the underside of the hood. There are many paint chips from road debris. Most of the chips are located toward the front of the panel. There are many small scratches throughout. These are likely from hard cleaning brushes and may come out with a thorough cut and polish. The clear coat just below the roundel is damaged and bubbling. The underside hood insulation is missing and NOT included. There are no irregular bends or large dents. Details can be seen in the photos. This is a used original BMW part. Guaranteed good working condition.
