This convertible headliner trim cover is black. It is in good shape with all mounting points intact. There may be minor scuffs and scratches but no major damage. This is a multi quantity item meaning the one you see in the pictures may not be the one you receive. You are however guaranteed to receive a panel in the same or better condition. The small square trim piece in the center is missing and not included. Details can be viewed in photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
