This transmission was taken from a running, driving 2011 335d Sedan with ~168k miles. The transmission was tested and working in first forward and reverse gears before being removed from the car. The function was smooth and normal during testing. The housing has no rubbing or cracks, and all the mounting points are intact. The oil pan is undamaged. The torque converter is included, as shown. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
