This headliner cover is Anthracite (Dark Grey / Black). The finish is even and smooth, throughout. There is some disconnection of the upholstery in the tighter areas near the center, where the visors mount. There are no rips or holes in the upholstery. The backing is stiff and straight. All the mounting points are intact. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
