DESCRIPTION:
This bare engine block housing was removed from a running 1989 325ix with ~186k miles. The pistons and crankshaft are not included. The cylinder walls retain original crosshatch marks throughout. The #2 cylinder wall has a few small areas of light surface rust. The #4 cylinder wall has a horizontal area of discoloration, though there is no groove or scoring that can be felt in this area. The cooling passages are clean and smooth. The exterior of the housing has some minor flaking paint and light surface rust from age, but there are no cracks, and all mounting points are intact. The main bearing caps are included. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
