ITEM: illuminated 6-speed shift knob and boot
DESCRIPTION:
This shift knob was removed from a 2008 E93 M3 with ~82k miles. The shift knob and boot are in exceptionally good condition. This appears to be an F10 M5 shift knob and boot which was modified to fit an E9x. This is a popular upgrade for E9x M3s. The leather boot was transferred to the E9x shift boot bracket so it mounts in an E9x center console. The leather is strongly adhered to the bracket and looks professionally done. The illumination has been fully tested and is working properly. The indicator section has no scratches or discoloration. The leather is very smooth and soft with no significant wear or scratches. The boot material also has barely any wear and has no rips or stains. The base ring is unbroken, and all mounting tabs are intact on both the knob and the boot. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
