DESCRIPTION:
This power steering rack was removed from a 2002 Z3 3.0i Roadster with ~150k miles. This is the quicker 2.7-ratio steering rack, not the slower 3.2-ratio unit used in Z3M and E36 applications. Tie rods are not included. The input shaft splines have some light surface rust, but there is no deep pitting or serious damage. The rack moves smoothly and quietly with no binding or irregular play. The housing has some light oxidation from normal use. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
