This lower knee bolster trim panel is Black. The finish is smooth, with no permanent stains or discoloration. The steering column gasket is starting to detach and should be glued back into place. The gasket is not torn and is ready to be repaired. The air vent is undamaged, and all mounting points are intact. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
