ITEM: dmg'd M right folding side mirror, jerez black
DESCRIPTION:
The paint on this side mirror is Jerez Black Metallic (BMW paint code: A73). This mirror is equipped with Power Folding (BMW option code: S313A), Electric Adjustment with Memory (S459A), High-Gloss Shadow Line Trim (S760A), and Heating. The power-folding motor operates, but the folding motion does not stop at the normal position and continues folding the mirror forward beyond its intended range. The mirror will likely require partial disassembly and repair of the folding mechanism. The mirror glass remains slightly dimmed at all times, so replacement glass may be necessary to restore full clarity. The painted cap has several rock chips and light scratches from normal use. The most noticeable scratch is located on the top of the housing. The hinge has some play along its axis, though this may be related to the folding mechanism issue described above. The sail panel is undamaged, and all mounting points are intact. Details can be viewed in the photos. This is a used original BMW part.
