DESCRIPTION:
This crankshaft was removed from a 2008 M3 Sedan with ~229k miles. The #1 connecting rod bearing spun on the crankshaft and scored the corresponding rod journal surface. The damaged area feels rough when checked with a fingernail. The remaining journal surfaces show only light, normal wear for their age and mileage. No other scoring, pitting, or abnormal wear is visible. All threads, keyways, and mounting surfaces are intact and undamaged. Details can be viewed in the photos. This is a used original BMW part.
