ITEM: dmg'd M sports seats, ostrich leather silverstone
CONDITION:
The upholstery on these front seats is Silverstone Ostrich Leather (BMW upholstery code O5SS), and the seats are in good condition. The seats have Electric Adjustment, Memory, and Heating. All the functions are tested and working. Although all functions have been tested working, the left driver' seat twists when adjusting height, and the right passenger's seat twists when adjusting the backrest. This is likely due to the bowden cables that connect the drive motors to the opposing gearboxes. They will need to be replaced or repaired prior to installation. Besides the seat twisting, the most noticeable damage is fading of the leather. This fading is most present in the lower black sections of the passenger seat, but can be found on all other black sections to a much lesser extent. All side bolsters have creasing from usage, and the outer side bolster of the passenger seat has a scrape in it. Lastly, there is a small section of split stitching at the front right of the passenger seat in the grey leather. The driver's seat is also missing a backrest adjustment switch which will need to be replaced. Otherwise, the leather still feels nice and smooth to the touch. Details can be viewed in photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
