DESCRIPTION:
The No. 1 and No. 5 connecting rod bearings and the front main bearing spun, damaging the corresponding crankshaft journals. The affected journal surfaces are scored, and the damaged areas feel rough when checked with a fingernail. The crankshaft will require machining or repair before it can be reused. All remaining rod and main bearing journals show only light, normal wear for their age and mileage, with no additional scoring, pitting, or abnormal wear. All threads, keyways, and mounting surfaces are intact and undamaged. Details can be viewed in the photos. This is a used original BMW part.
